I had an issue, and within 3 minutes of notifying him, the issue was being worked on and was resolved within 10 minutes. I’ve ever received this level of support before. 

The neighborhood was a little noisy the first night but calmed thereafter. 

I had to cut my trip short because of inclement weather and Seifeldein worked with me to modify my stay.
