The unit is occupied by a RING doorbell camera ( front door ) that records the entry area 24/7 and MINUT NOISE DETECTOR that detects noise inside the unit, minut noise detector doesn’t record any voices or conversations, it works by sound levels sensing the variation in the sound pressure and notifies us when it detects noise.
"Please note that in this geographic location, pests such as flies, small bugs, etc. are common, especially during the summer and periods of excessive heat. While we strive to minimize their presence, these factors are beyond our control. We are not liable for these natural occurrences but will do our best to prevent them. If you notice any pests in the unit, please contact the host immediately so we can address the issue promptly."
🧼 Cleaning Fee Policy
Please note that our cleaning team operates on a tight schedule. A $25/hour wait fee will be charged if the unit is not vacated by the stated checkout time, as this delays their work and impacts incoming reservations.
🐾 Unauthorized Pet Fee
We welcome pets only when added to the booking in advance. If there is any evidence of an unauthorized pet in the unit, a $300 fee will apply to cover deep cleaning and allergen treatment required for future guests.
Damage Protection: For peace of mind, guests are required to select one option prior to booking: a $299 refundable security deposit (returned after checkout if no issues) or a $29 non-refundable damage waiver covering accidental damage up to $400.

Beautiful home, super comfortable. Host is also very responsive. Would book again!
We had an amazing stay! The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described. One of the highlights was the incredible view of the Dallas skyline—it was absolutely beautiful, especially in the evening. The location was great, and the entire experience was stress-free and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dallas!
Had a great stay here with 4 friends. The backyard and balcony views were honestly one of the best parts of the place and made it really relaxing to hang out at night. The area felt very safe and secure the entire time, and it was super easy to get food nearby which made everything really convenient. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. Would definitely stay again.
